Our Team

Brenda joined the insurance industry back in 1993 and has seen many changes over the years. In 2016 she joined the Bailey/Kauffold Agency where she worked in both the Pigeon and Sebewaing locations. In 2019, Brenda and her partner, Lynnette Ballard, became co-owners of the agency with Brenda running the Pigeon office and Lynette running the Sebewaing office.

Brenda is married to Eugene Kady and has five children and seven grandchildren. She enjoys traveling, riding atvs, and spending time with her family and friends.  

Randi joined Bailey Agency in 2017 as a licensed Property & Casualty agent. She assists new clients as well as maintaining current clients with compassion and care. She and her significant other, Blaine, spend their time supporting their children in sports and extra curriculars, camping, hiking, and Michigan football!

Kylie joined Bailey Agency in 2023 as a licensed agent in Property & Casualty. She and her significant other, Jake, welcomed their daughter Adalie in 2023. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, reading, and being outdoors.
